We went on a field trip to Cincinnati with Sierra and her family. We were originally planning on going to the zoo but the rainy forecast scared us off again. We went instead to a fun play place called Totter Otterville. As parents we love that this place is clean and that there are no exits that children can sneak out of. There are plenty of fun things to do and lots of opportunity for creative play.

This ball bit has a ball return that whisks away the balls and then passes them through a cleaning machine before throwing them back into the pit.

I think this alligator is going to make it.

I don't know why, but this station just terrifies me. It looks so fun and cute, but yikes. They went to town with the paints on their faces and hands.

Many thanks to Sierra for letting us come with her on this trip. It seems that we'll never make it to the zoo, but at least we had fun.
